7. USER CONDUCT

The Paradise Hunter community has been created to act as an exchange of information and ideas about paradise. If you are going to use the community section of the website, or leave comments/reviews elsewhere on the website, you agree to do so in a courteous and non-malicious manner. You agree not to post messages, pictures or video content that would be generally deemed to be offensive, pornographic, defamatory or vulgar. ParadiseHunter.com reserves the right to solely judge material for its worthiness. In the event that a you post material that is found to be offensive by Paradise Hunter or that violates the terms of this agreement, we will immediately remove the material, and your account may be suspended by Paradise Hunter. 8. PROPERTY FOR SALE LISTINGS

If you choose to advertise a “Property for Sale” on ParadiseHunter.com you do so subject to the following conditions;

You warrant that you are the owner of the property for sale, or are an authorized agent of the owner and have the legal right to sell the property on behalf of the owner. You agree to represent the property accurately and to the best of your ability;
You agree not to post pictures, videos or written content that would be generally deemed to be offensive, pornographic, defamatory or vulgar in nature. Paradise Hunter reserves the right to solely judge the appropriateness of all content submitted to our website, and to edit or remove any content found to be objectionable;
All content submitted is subject to our Content Submission Policy.
Linking to outside websites within your ad is not permitted. We automatically search property listings for URLs, and remove them. Uploading pictures with other website's URLs or company names is not permitted;
Each listing is limited to one individual property. Swapping properties within a single listing is not permitted. This is because our visitors will often use the clipboard function on our website, and if you swap properties within an individual listing, it can become frustrating as the content on their clipboard changes;
Your ad will generally appear on the website within a few minutes upon payment verification;
We do not offer refunds on listings for Properties for Sale. This is primarily because a property could be sold as a direct result of the advertisement within a day or two of the ad being placed, in which case the listing has done its job;
Failure to meet all of these conditions may result in one or more of your ads being de-activated, and your account suspended. In the event that your account is suspended, no refund will be issued for time remaining on the listing.
You agree to indemnify Paradise Hunter against all legal costs and damages arising as a result of your failure to abide by the terms of this agreement.
As the end of your advertising term approaches, we will notify you through your News Feed Service on the My Page section of the website. We will also email you in advance of your term ending. At the conclusion of your purchased term, your listing will be automatically de-activated, but the ad will be retained in your Manage Listings section to allow you to easily re-activate the listing should you choose to do so.

9. PROPERTY FOR RENT LISTINGS

If you choose to advertise a “Vacation Rental” on ParadiseHunter.com you do so subject to the following conditions;

The property that you are advertising must physically exist and be currently available for rent. You warrant that you own the property, or are an authorized agent of the owner and have the legal right to rent the property. You agree to represent the property accurately and to the best of your ability;
You agree not to post pictures, videos or written content that would be generally deemed to be offensive, pornographic, defamatory or vulgar in nature. Paradise Hunter reserves the right to solely judge the appropriateness of all content submitted to our website, and to edit or remove any content found to be objectionable;
All content submitted is subject to our Content Submission Policy.

If you wish to cancel your listing within 10 days of purchase, you can do so by providing written notice using the feedback section of the website. Paradise Hunter Inc. will issue a full refund within 14 business days of receiving the notice
If you choose to advertise your property for a 1-month term, we offer a 3 day - 100% money back guarantee. If you wish to cancel your listing within 3 days of purchase, you can do so by providing written notice using the feedback section of the website. Paradise Hunter Inc. will issue a full refund within 14 business days of receiving the notice

10. VACATION RENTAL PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

If you advertise your vacation property for rent for a term of one year on ParadiseHunter.com, we will guarantee that you will receive a minimum of 4-nights bookings within the first year. If you do not, ParadiseHunter.com will provide a 1-year extension on your listing for no additional fee. Written notice must be provided to Paradise Hunter within two weeks of the expiration of your listing to receive the extension.

11. BOOKING TRAVEL

To provide you with world-class booking capabilities and low rates, we utilize Travelocity’s search engine and interface. When booking travel through our website, your surfing session also becomes subject to Travelocity’s Terms and Policies. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

18. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
